Should I repair or replace my furnace?
Under 12 years old and the repair is a part — repair it. Over 15, a cracked heat exchanger, or a second major repair in two winters — replace it. A cracked heat exchanger is a carbon monoxide risk and we will not patch it. We quote both options with numbers, on site.
