Should I repipe while the walls are open?
If the house has galvanized steel supply lines (common pre-1970 in Rapid City) or polybutylene, yes — it will never be cheaper than while the drywall is off. Copper or PEX; we’ll recommend based on the house.
Do you run gas lines?
Yes — for ranges, dryers, fireplaces, outdoor grills, and tankless water heaters, sized and pressure-tested to code.
